Book a slot and state the appliance that you are bringing, a maximum of 2 items per booking.

Please come on time to register for your time slot: e.g. 11am (register at 10.30am) means to arrive at 10.30am to fill in the forms before your time slots begins at 11am. Please be punctual so that we can run the event smoothly.

Please read the rules and etiquette provided before making a booking.

We might call you to clarify your repairs because if unclear. If we are unable to verify your item(s)’ fault(s) or we can’t advise you of what to expect, we reserve the right to reject your booking.

Repairs that take longer than 2 hours may need to be re-scheduled.

Please expect to wait as repair will need time to diagnosis and work through. Start: 10:00 AM End: 4:00 PM

Note: 3pm slots are for simple repairs only (we will try to accommodate quick repairs like electrical only fans, irons, blenders, mechanical toys, kettles, etc)
