Our coaches are trained over a 10 week Repair Coach Training course that runs every Sunday to prepare volunteers to be coaches to guide our fellow visitors to fix their barang! During this course, volunteers will be taught to embrace the repair culture and together we will combat the “buy-and-throw-away” culture! Our aim is to move towards a zero waste environment together.

About Repair Coach Training (RCT)
Repair Kopitiam’s Repair Coach Training (RCT) is a structured and intensive 10-Sunday program. The program spreads across 3 months to teach you the basics of repairing simple households appliances, toys, fabrics and more.
We train a new batch of Repair Kopitiam coaches every 3 months, sign up below to begin your journey as a Repair Coach!
Pre-Requisites:
- No prior experience needed
- A willingness to learn and serve
- 7 Sundays training from 9am*
- 3 Sundays Repair Kopitiam session from 9am - 4pm

Join us to coach fellow residents repair so as to spread the repair culture, change habits, show them a sustainable way to live whilst saving their beloved barang-barang (things) and our planet.
