Why do you reject my booking?
If your booking is rejected, we will usually let you know the reason. Common reasons why we reject bookings:
- One or both items are items that we do not repair currently.
- None of the coaches attending the event is familiar with the item to coach you to repair. (As we are a DIY repair movement, our coaches can only share and guide you to the best of their ability.)
- The item that you are bringing is considered dangerous to repair or needs special tools.
- We are unable to clarify with you regarding the item and it's fault.
Note: This list is not exhaustive. It is just examples of why we reject some repairs.
