Repair Kopitiam does repairs in a DIY systematic way. The reason why we treat all items in a certain approach is because we do not have much information about the function or construction of the item. As such, we depend on the experience of a collective of experienced coaches to offer their insights to repair your items and a lot of figuring out after we open them.

This is DIY Repair. We are learning as we go along and of course we got a lot better than we first started. In any case, together with you, our coaches will always do their best to guide you to diagnose the problem, schedule the repair approach and finally complete the repair or not (so far we have stayed above 60% is it is great news).
